I am Luis Flavio M. Lima — a lawyer and a business owner, with more than thirty years spent building and growing companies. My own, and others': small operations finding their footing, and medium and large businesses with all the complexity that brings.
That is the part you cannot shortcut. Three decades of seeing what makes a business work and what quietly kills it — the pricing that never covered the cost, the offer nobody actually wanted, the structure that could not carry growth — gives you a view of the whole board, not just one square of it.
The technology came later, out of necessity. I needed a site that brought in clients, a CRM that fit how my practice really works, a platform I could sell subscriptions on. I hired for some of it, got burned on most of it, and learned to build it myself.
So Zaestro does both, and that is the whole point. We tell you what has to change in the business, then we build the thing that carries it out — instead of handing a strategy deck to a developer who was never in the room.
